Q – Is this jewellery safe to wear?
A- Our items are made with metals such as Zinc, Copper and Steel which could cause reactions to those with sensitive skin. I would advise you keep items dry to avoid tarnishing over time. Please email jewellerydia@outlook.com for further allergen information. Our sweets, included in the bundles, are not Halal.
Q - How can I order?
A - Add items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Payment methods include Debit/Credit card and PayPal. You will be notified via email at each stage of the process. Sign up to our site to earn loyalty points!
Q – Is this site secure?
A - All bank and sensitive information is protected securely. All your information is kept in line with GDPR 2018. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Q - Can I order outside the UK?
A - At the moment shipping is UK only however I hope to branch outside the UK soon!
Q – My items have arrived broken, damaged or lost. What should I do?

You can purchase your items online and we ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description and its price. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
I purchased the Sana Dream necklace along with a few other items and I wasn't expecting the necklace to be as elegant as it is. It's now my favourite necklace and I can't stop wearing it. The quality is great and the colour on the stone was lush. Thanks a million and I can't wait to order more :)
